CommunityMatter Status - want to show a matter is not proceeding without removing it from the matter list. So the status changes to "not proceeding" but remains in the solicitors matter list as still active (not archived). Is this possible?

Matter Status - want to show a matter is not proceeding without removing it from the matter list. So the status changes to "not proceeding" but remains in the solicitors matter list as still active (not archived). Is this possible?

    Happy New Year & thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.

     

    Unfortunately at this time, it is not possible to view matters with a status of "not proceeding" within the "current matters" or "my current matters" filters. These matters will need to be found either by searching or they will also be displayed on the "Recently Viewed/Edited" for a period of time.

     

    More information about matter statuses can be seen here and information about matter list filters here.

     

    Furthermore, you may post any suggestions/ideas/feedback here for discussion amongst other users and consideration by our product team.
