How do we remove the asterisk that appears next to the email address in LEAP?

    Happy New Year & thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.

     

    I apologise for any inconvenience caused, please try the steps below,

     

    1. Open Outlook

    2. Press on the arrow on the bottom right-hand side of the save to matter button

    3. Click Clean Now and Clear Now

    4. Untick Use Outlook AddressBook

    5. Restart Outlook

     

    If this does not resolve the issue please contact our HelpDesk for further support.
