How do I change the default setting to Formal instead of Friendly communication when creating new cards? The old version used to default to Formal, but the new version defaults to Friendly.

To change the default follow the steps below,

1. Click Menu in the top left
2. Open the "View Cards" window
3. Click the ellipsis (...) in the top right of the "view cards" window
4. Hover over "letter dear for new cards" and select "formal"

For the last 12 months since we started using LEAP I have been telling our Leap contact that the default should be "Formal" not "Friendly" and he kept telling me that it couldn't be done, so I have amended every card whenever I processed a letter in a matter where somebody else had created the card and left the friendly default. Finally today after an email to the HELP desk I have received an email with instructions, which I have now discovered that somebody asked two years ago and LEAP answered two years ago. Why was I continually told that the default could not be changed to "Formal"? We don't all have time to search on the LEAP Help Centre, particularly if the words we are using to describe the problem are not as LEAP would describe it, so therefore we find nothing.
