Just some feedback on the new LEAP cards

Just some feedback on the new LEAP cards

Our office is really not enjoying the new layout of the cards. Where we used to be able to view the majority of details on one window/screen, we now have to open up to five windows to be able to access the same information.

Is LEAP considering a revert back to the original format?

It's terrible & so hard to work with!! Please revert it back

  • Bill DeGaris (Customer)

Our office finds the new cards are time consuming and difficult to navigate, please bring back the old layout where you can easily see more information at a glance. Also far more time consuming for us when were are setting up a card.

  • Kira Faulkner (Customer)

The one good thing is being able to see the DOB on the first screen, but other than that - the old layout was 10x better!! #takeitback

  • Megan Behler (Customer)

As with others here, our office has also been disappointed at the change - the look is great, but critical features that should be seen immediately are not.

Unfortunately, we also noted that depending on how the details were saved previously, much of the data has not transferred to the first page of the client card, leaving some staff to believe the details are not available. This has caused immense problems & much wasted time in having to manually open each card and copy the data across from a secondary contact page to the first page.

Agree! Hate that the boxes for a name are so small so you can't see the whole name

  • Kerensa Jensen (Customer)

Agreed. The new layout is not very user friendly. You have to purposefully go looking for any critical information rather than just being able to see it at glance on the first screen. Not a well thought out change in respect of practical everyday use. Please change it back!

  • Vivian Glass (Hickey Law)

Agree, after having used new layout for awhile, old layout much easier. Also can it be brought into program an allowance for cut and paste of information into and out of cards instead of having to type it each time!
